Invest and receive passive income.
Let us do the work.

Sometimes the easiest way to be part of our social impact property projects is to share the journey with us and become an investor into properties that we acquire. We are striving to get that magic ‘win-win-win’. A hands-free, bank busting, secured investment into UK property. That property then goes on to be leased, long-term, to the right organisation that will deliver much needed accommodation, care and support to those most vulnerable in our society.
By sharing the capital cost, and of course, the financial returns, we are able to acquire more properties and help many more individual across the UK.
Working with us allows you to invest your funds safely and securely. We do all the work thereafter. We liaise with authorities and government to establish a need, then source and purchase the appropriate property. We will carry out any conversions, refurbishments etc, then place a lease medium to long-term lease on the property. We will then manage all income and payments to you throughout the term of your investment.

Investment Explained

As a social impact investor and supported living housing provider based in the North West, I am always looking to connect and work with like minded people with a drive to create positive social impact and make a real change in peoples lives. When I met Brett and Israel I was blown away; not only by their extensive level of knowledge and experience, but also their obvious passion for the sector and quickly realised their vision and values closely aligned with mine. I am so excited to be partnering with Oxygen Projects on two upcoming projects, providing affordable and sustainable supported housing for adults with complex needs and learning disabilities. The support and guidance they offer is phenomenal and really instills confidence and enables me to grow within the sector. I’m looking forward to developing multiple projects with them that transform lives and add value to communities.
